Yes, you can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your custom keyword and landing page remain active during transition.
Do I need to be a registered non-profit?
For donation features and tax-receipt capable giving, yes — we require verification that you represent a registered 501(c)(3) or equivalent. For pure person-to-person payments and invoicing, anyone can use the platform.
How fast do funds really arrive?

What happens with yearly billing?
